Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed after the cancellation of the order. Place your item(s) in the original Paul Eldane packaging and shipping packaging and securely seal the parcel<\/p>\n<p>3. Hand the sealed parcel over to the courier driver in the case of a scheduled collection or drop your parcel off at a courier store or pick-up location. Please note that the shipping company must be the same that delivered your parcel.<\/p>\n<p>Be sure to keep hold of your <strong>proof of postage<\/strong>, just in case we need to see it at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>4.
