Our delivery courier is UPS and DHL. Delivery estimates are indicative only and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays in the UK and France. Please note that deliveries can take longer in certain areas such as Isles or the Highlands or if your order required additional validation. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands
We are currently unable to deliver perfume and candle products within Northern Ireland and to the following Isles: Wight, Scilly, Shetland and Man
Our courier will ask for your passport or driving license upon delivery and take note of the last four digits of your ID number
