  • Exchanges for items purchased online can be made by following the instructions on the “Returns/Exchanges” leaflet within your package.
  • Item must be in perfect condition, unworn
  • Item must be returned in original shipping packaging and original branded packaging, with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes
  • Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department, we will proceed with the return. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed after the cancellation of the order. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays
HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER

Simply follow the instructions below:

1. Put your “Returns/Exchanges” slip in the parcel with the following details marked on it:

  • Your order number
  • Which items you want to exchange

If you need a new returns slip, you can contact us

2. Place your item(s) in the original Paul Eldane packaging and shipping packaging and securely seal the parcel

3. Hand the sealed parcel over to the courier driver in the case of a scheduled collection or drop your parcel off at a courier store or pick-up location. Please note that the shipping company must be the same that delivered your parcel.

Be sure to keep hold of your proof of postage, just in case we need to see it at a later date.

4. You’ll need to allow between 5 and 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your parcel to reach our warehouse.

  • Which items you’re returning for a refund

2. Place your item(s) in the original Paul Eldane packaging and shipping packaging and securely seal the parcel

3. Hand the sealed parcel over to the courier driver in the case of a scheduled collection or drop your parcel off at a courier store or pick-up location. Please note that the shipping company must be the same that delivered your parcel.

Once it arrives back with us, your return will be completed within 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
